Hello All!

SMART Youth is starting a Media Project on their Youtube account. This Friday (November 12th) from 4:30 to 6:30 we will start writing material such as raps, scripts, monologues (etc.) then start to draft storyboards. We will continue this project until the end of November and release a possible "music video" for our World AIDS Day premiere.

I hope you will join us if you are interested! For further details and information you can email me back, or visit our facebook page (just search SMART Youth), and you can also read our blog and updates on our website (

SMART Youth Halloween Party 2010

The Halloween Party was a success! Not as many people came as I planned but we really enjoyed ourselves! We ha enough food, enough drinks, enough goodie bags, and those who entered the costume contest and dance contest walked away with some pretty cool gift cards!
For everyone who came (and helped) thanks! I hope to see you next year! If you have any suggestions or comments please post them! We would love to know how to improve our event/events for the upcoming years!

I would also like to give a big shout out to SLATE (54 West 21st street), especially the events manager Sam for giving us the space for the party.
And of course our volunteers for set up, clean up, making the food, etc.!
Everyone was necessary and I thank you again for helping to make this event a success!

Until Next Year!
