Mt. Sinai Presents SMART Youth with "Safe Dates"

"Safe Dates"

Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center will provide a 5-week series of workshops on healthy relationships and the warning signs that everyone needs to know. These workshops are open to any adolescent ages 13-22 years old.



Location: SMART's Office - 1751 Park Avenue, 4th Floor
(Between 121st and 122nd Streets)
Transportation: 4/5/6 to 125th Street and Lexington Avenue

Dates:
Friday January 13, 2012
Friday January 20, 2012
Friday January 27, 2012
Friday February 3, 2012
Friday February 10, 2012

Time: 4:30pm - 6:30pm each day

There will be food and metrocards at each workshop for youth who attend!
